*To be clear, I'm trying to cheat on the Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion game. Now I am not good nor have I attempted to hack the game in any sort of "advanced" way (Hex editing, scripting, etc.) and it seems that those kind of techniques require a more in-depth knowledge of coding and hex decimals (did I get that right?.)Īny-who, just looking for some advice on how to proceed in finding and editing resource/money. No matter what value type I search for, it being float, 2 byte, 4 byte or anything of the sort I am unable to find the values of money/ resources. So I got the basics of hacking Sins for credits and resources but ever since I started to try and hack the Rebellion Beta I have hit a bit of a snag.
